Chinese (and preferably EP) Patent Attorney (f/m/d)
We would like to expand our high level of quality of in-house services to Chinese intellectual property law. As the Head of our China Desk you will be primarily responsible for the preparation of subsequent patent applications for filing with the CNIPA and prosecuting them to a successful grant together with our Chinese partner law firm. Thereby, the main technical focus will be on the areas of computer-implemented inventions, artificial intelligence, and medical technology.

You offer
- admission as a Chinese patent attorney, admission before the EPO is a plus
