IP Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (f/m/d)

 

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) works on all aspects of the customer on-boarding and relationship management processes.

Your Tasks

  • Establish, maintain and enhance long-term oriented customer relationships; identify customer-specific problems and needs in order to achieve both maximum customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Own the accounts’ revenue development by securing the existing business and actively identifying opportunities for mutual value creation in cooperation with Business Development team
  • Act as the voice of the customer to create a feedback loop, allowing for our organization to be aligned with the client’s short- and long-term objectives including orchestrating internal teams of subject matter experts in various business units, inside sales, marketing and sales support
  • Advocate the customer’s views and needs in Dennemeyer’s product enhancement roadmap and provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
  • Facilitate the onboarding journey of a new customer, anticipate and solve roadblocks and act as the central point of contact within the Dennemeyer Group
  • Earn the status of a trusted advisor to the client by communicating best practices realized by other similar-type clients and proactively recommending innovative and creative ideas aiming at improving customer experience
  • Effectively position Dennemeyer services as the IP solution(s) of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in our CRM system

Your Profile

  • At least three years of working experience in the Intellectual Property Area
  • Experience in Customer Success / Account Management or a similar customer facing role highly desirable; alternatively you are interested to develop and grow into such a role
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong ability to build and foster relationships
  • Well-structured and self-motivated way of working, including a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Target-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
