IP Software Consultant (f/m/d)


Your tasks

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify potential software customers in Germany and Central Europe
  • Support our sales team in the preparation of commercial proposals and the response to calls for tenders
  • Present our software to potential customers and provide advice on best practices
  • Analyze in detail the processes of potential customers in order to identify the return on investment of software projects
  • Evaluate and analyze customer software needs in order to successfully implement the product in close collaboration with the implementation and development teams
  • Conduct product training
  • Support existing customers in close collaboration with the Helpdesk team
  • Achieve annual sales objectives in close collaboration with sales representatives
  • Participate and represent the group in promotional activities, trade shows and conferences at local and international level
  • Perform project management tasks

Your profile 

  • Patent Paralegal, IP Specialist, "Patentanwaltsfachangestellte/r"
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an intellectual property department or law firm
  • Knowledge of intellectual property and the sale of sophisticated services
  • Strong analytical skills and technical affinities
  • A sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a high workload and pay particular attention to details under pressure
  • Structured work approach and motivated personality with strong team spirit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
  • Very good command of English (written/oral)
  • Italian and/or French is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with international colleagues and clients in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel (in DACH/IT region and Europe)
