You will       

• draft legal briefs, mostly on adversarial proceedings at various IP offices worldwide
• provide legal advice to clients in all questions of IP law
• provide advice on trademark and design filing and protection strategies
• provide advice in case of trademark infringement
• represent your clients in infringement proceedings in German courts
• represent our law firm on national and international conferences                                                 

You have                                                                                         

• a license to practice law in German courts
• ideally three years of experience in working at a law firm on Intellectual Property matters
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English to be able to draft legal opinions and court submissions in both languages
• general proficiency with modern information technology and are apt to adapt to different patent management software

You are

• deeply interested in intellectual property matters, especially trademark law
• looking forward to work in direct contact with your clients from day one
• keen to work with a broad range of challenging and interesting clients from various branches of business, demanding solutions for all kinds of IP-related problems
• interested in continuous training on current legal (and technical) developments
• enjoying to cooperate with colleagues all over the world pursuing a collegial and solution-oriented approach
