The role
For the Munich office of Wächtershäuser & Hartz, we are looking for a Paralegal / Patentanwaltsfachangestellte (m/f/d), on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours per week), with excellent German and English skills and relevant professional experience to:
- Manage patent applications with a high level of independence and ownership
- Process incoming mail and maintain accurate electronic and paper files
- Docket correspondence and proactively monitor deadlines
- Prepare and handle formalities for patents and patent applications, mainly before the European Patent Office (EPO)
What we’re looking for
- Excellent German and English (written and spoken)
- Relevant experience (ideally at least two years) in a comparable paralegal/patent administration role
- A structured, detail‑focused working style and confidence handling deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a service mindset towards colleagues and clients
