Ihre Aufgaben

Ihre Tätigkeit wird unter anderem die Ausarbeitung von Patent- und Gebrauchsmusteranmeldungen, die Betreuung von Anmeldeverfahren im In- und im Ausland, sowie die Mitwirkung an Nichtigkeits-, Einspruchs- und Streitverfahren umfassen. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist Ihre erfolgreiche Ausbildung zum deutschen Patentanwalt (m/w/d) und zum European Patent Attorney sowie unsere anschließende lange Zusammenarbeit.

Your Responsibilities

Your activities will include drafting patent and utility model applications, managing application procedures in Germany and abroad, and participating in nullity, opposition, and litigation proceedings. Our common goal is your successful training as a German Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney, as well as our subsequent long-term collaboration.

Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über ein ausgezeichnetes technisches Verständnis
• Sie haben den Biss, das Interesse und die Neugier, sich in neue technische Gebiete einzuarbeiten
• Sie sind in der Lage komplexe technische und rechtliche Sachverhalte zu analysieren und sie präzise und strukturiert darzustellen - auf Englisch und idealerweise auch auf Deutsch
• Engagement, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
• Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, detailgenau und immer sorgfältig

Your Profile

• You have an excellent technical understanding
• You have the drive, interest, and curiosity to familiarize yourself with new technical fields
• You possess the ability to analyze complex issues and present them precisely and in a structured manner in English. German language skills are a plus
• Commitment, flexibility, and teamwork are a matter of course for you
• Your work ethic is independent, detail-oriented, and always meticulous
